Cancellation Policy

Appointment & Service Policy Appointments & Deposits A deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total cost of your service. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Deposits will be forfeited if less than 24 hours’ notice is given or if you do not attend your appointment. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on availability. Repairs & Guarantee I take great care to ensure all nails are completed to a high professional standard using quality products. If you experience any lifting or loss of up to five nails within 7 days of your appointment, I am happy to offer a free repair. Repairs must be arranged within this timeframe and are subject to availability. Exclusions Repairs are not offered for damage caused by accidents, improper aftercare, or using nails in ways that may cause stress or breakage. Nail longevity can vary depending on lifestyle, daily activities, and aftercare. Aftercare Responsibility Proper aftercare is essential to maintain the quality and longevity of your nails. Aftercare advice will be provided during your appointment. Location All appointments take place at my private home nail studio in Trowbridge.
