(Cancelation) To Cancel / Reschedule please contact me on my mobile number [07720918558] At least 24 hours before the start of the appointment. If these conditions are not met then the appointment will be non refundable and you will lose the deposit. If Appointment is missed or you don't show then this will lead to Loss of deposit if not notified before 24 hours in advance. (Accidental Damage / Poor Aftercare) No Refunds for Fallen/Damaged Nails: We do not offer refunds for nails that have fallen off or damaged after your service. While I use high-quality products and techniques, factors such as natural nail growth, lifestyle, and aftercare can impact the longevity of your nails. Repair Policy: I am happy to offer repairs for up to five nails that have fallen off within 7 days of your service. Repairs are subject to availability and must be scheduled within the timeframe , This will be done free of charge. Exclusions: The repair or replacement policy does not apply to nails that have been damaged due to improper care, accidents, or activities that are not recommended (such as using nails as tools, excessive water exposure, etc.).
